Sponsoring the Competition

In order to promote the competition's success, we need a strong foundation. Corporate sponsorship allows us to maintain the high quality associated with this program. Sponsorship also defrays institution costs and increases participation and the number of students entering the workforce with this invaluable experience.

By taking an active role in the cyber defense competition, companies get the opportunity to get to know leading students specializing in computer security from a variety of educational institutions. In addition, everyone attending should learn something from observing the students, listening to the red team debrief, and in general talking with the participants, organizers, and other observers.

Suggested Donation Levels:

$500-$2,500 Sponsors one or more red team members.
$1,000-$1,500 Sponsors a meal during the 3-day competition.
$2,500 Sponsors travel and lodging for a 6-8 member team and 2 faculty chaperones from a participating college or university.
$5,000 Sponsors a lunch, a dinner, and a team during the competition. OR
Sponsors the VIP dinner for all sponsors and competition support staff and additionally sponsors awards for all team competitors and the winning team trophy. The winning team trophy will include the sponsor's logo.
In both cases, your logo will be included on competition material as a VIP sponsor.
$10,000 Sponsors the winning team's travel and lodging for the National Cyber Defense Competition in San Antonio, Texas. You receive a working lunch presentation slot in addition to being identified as a VIP sponsor on competition material.

Other Means of Support

We encourage members of the government and industry security community to attend the competition to observe and provide their insights. Smaller tokens like frisbees or key chains would also be appreciated.
